Standard type threaded visual flow indicators
Standard type threaded visual flow indicators are designed for visual control of liquids in all forms of industrial processes. The free-flow design allows the indicator to be mounted either horizontally or vertically.
The visibility of the liquid involved in the industrial process is ensured and enabled by two opposing disc-shaped portholes.
The relative temperatures for the processes are as follows: Max T1. 130° C with inspection portholes and sight glasses in sodium-calcium tempered glass in accordance with regulation DIN 8902, max T2. 250° C with borosilicate tempered glass in accordance with regulation DIN 7080.
The maximum operating pressure is 10 bars.
The visual flow indicator is equipped with gas-cylinder type threaded ends. The construction material in contact with the liquid involved in the process is AISI 316/316L, DIN 1.4401/1.4404, while the parts not in contact are produced from AISI 304/304L, DIN 1.4301/1.4307. The standard type threaded flow indicators are supplied in a range from ½ “Gas to 2” Gas.
